Thatxe2x80x99s why we invite you to take on new challenges, test your ideas, and celebrate success.Please note that this position is only applicable for currently unemployed applicants from designated groups, as per the company employment equity requirements.Your tasks and responsibilities:xc2xb7 Maintains a high level of availability for customer requests/inquiriesxc2xb7 Conducts technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations anddelivery.xc2xb7 Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.xc2xb7 Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in theinformation system.xc2xb7 Drives complex issues and questions to respectively qualified Service Technicians or Service Engineers.xc2xb7 Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.xc2xb7 Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and/or technical problems.xc2xb7 Supports pre-and/or post sales technical product advice for development, implementation and operation ofcustomer solutions.xc2xb7 Support the Area Service Manager in all resource planning activitiesYour skills and attributes:xc2xb7 Matricxc2xb7 Customer service experience will be advantageousxc2xb7 Must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to maintain calm in a volatile environmentxc2xb7 Attention to details with high work accuracy.xc2xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.xc2xb7 Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally.xc2xb7 Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).xc2xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be a South African Citizen
