• Monitor security systems, networks, and applications for threats and vulnerabilities.

• Assist in incident response and security investigations.

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

• Analyze and interpret security alerts from various tools and systems.

• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and policies.

• Assist in the development and execution of security awareness programs.

• Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats, trends, and mitigation techniques.

• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of networking protocols, security concepts, and risk management.

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, and antivirus software.

• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging cyber threats.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or Cisco CCNA Security.

• Internship or academic projects related to cyber security.
