POSITION PURPOSEPrinciple role is co-ordination of workflow, report generation and technical support across technology platforms for the Occupier Services (OS) team. This will include the administration of regular and ad hoc reports from multiple systems across various clients. On-going analytical review of the processes to identify gaps, data standard compliance and data inconsistencies. The role will involve understanding and providing technical support to users and clients across the different technology platforms utilised within the OS environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES1. Monthly / Ad Hoc Reporting
a. Produce monthly/ ad hoc reports as required on time
b. Reports to be accurate and in appropriate format as specified from time to time.
c. Track reporting to ensure all workflow processes are completed on time
d. Distribute reports to the specified audience and be the principle contact point for any queries on workflow processes
e. Report formats are adhered to as per the relevant company branding requirements2. Assumes responsibility for assisting in the maintenance/development of the reports program.
a. Provides feedback to relevant Heads of the Divisions for improvement of processes.
b. Reviews reports with stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure relevance.
c. Assistance with the development and maintenance of the Power BI reporting programme.
d. Assistance with the development/maintenance of data automation as it relates to ETL processes.3. Audit and analytical review of data
a. Monthly checking of core data set for completeness and correctness
b. Reporting to relevant OS team of any identified issues that requires correction and tracking of required corrections.4. Assumes responsibility for technical support across technology platforms.
a. Provide after hour support for data related emergencies and weekend maintenance
b. Document best practices and procedures
c. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
d. Assist with troubleshooting of technical issues5. Assumes other related duties as required or assigned.

b. Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
c. Completes special projects as assigned.
d. Attends meetings as required.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
A quantitative Degree in Informatics/ IT/ Statistics/ Maths/ Finance/ Accounting/Property management/Real Estate. (Other disciplines can be considered based on experience)TECHINICAL ABILITIES
