Job Summary Data collection and integration from various sources such as databases, APIs, external data providers, and streaming sources Aggregation of unstructured data collected from multiple sources (data warehousing) Data storage and management, including optimization of data schemas, ensuring data quality and integrity Processing and analysis of large sets of data Understanding and implementation of Data Architecture, including data in motion, data at rest, datasets, and the relationship between data-dependent processes and applications Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and applying them to deliver innovative solutions for our clients Skills & Experience: This company values academic performance as an accurate barometer of ability and performance in the workplace. Therefore, they will only consider individuals who have excelled academically or achieved superior grades in their last 2 years of study. They are looking for individuals who have completed their studies in the prescribed period (i.e., a 3-year BSc degree completed in 3 years) and have academic performance grades that are predominantly 70% and above Strong proficiency in SQL Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Scala, or Java Strong proficiency in respect of relational database Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Proficiency in Data Modeling and Database Design Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient ETL pipelines Although you may not meet all the requirements needed, please still consider sending through your CV as we have many roles available and could possibly find another great opportunity for you!!
