Junior Design Engineer

Job Description
Our client in the Engineering industry is currently looking for a Junior Design Engineer, in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems, considering budget, timelines, and other resources.
- Perform tests and experiments to improve components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams to develop design solutions.
- Research and analyse industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Report to senior engineers and the company on project status.
- BEng/BTech (Mechanical)
- 1 3 years experience.
- Exposure to Revit Software and AutoCAD.
- Building services industry experience.
- Exposure to rational fire design advantageous.
- Liaise with the professional team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- R20 000 R30 000 per month.
