Job Summary At a Haematology and Oncology Practice Dr Alberts, Bouwer and Jordaan Inc. Practices spread across Gauteng and the North West This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer located in Pretoria Qualification required: Grade 12 Minimum requirements 1 year experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), are an advantages Knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Own vehicle and valid driver's license are a requirement.
