Job Summary At a Haematology and Oncology Practice Dr Alberts, Bouwer and Jordaan Inc. Practices spread across Gauteng and the North West This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer located in Pretoria Qualification required: Grade 12 Minimum requirements xe2x80xa2 1 year experience as a Desktop Support Engineer xe2x80xa2 Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), are an advantages xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows and macOS xe2x80xa2 Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues xe2x80xa2 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills xe2x80xa2 Strong communication and customer service skills xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team xe2x80xa2 Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks xe2x80xa2 Own vehicle and valid driver's license are a requirement.
