:Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer passionate about learning new technologies quickly and contributing at both strategic and tactical levels.Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and deploying solutions in Azure cloud.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver projects on time.
• Integrate DevOps principles to improve product delivery.
• Automate and configure tasks to streamline deployment.
• Monitor and maintain continuous delivery tools.

About the Team: The Platform Engineering team ensures we can scale as the business grows. Positioned at the intersection of Software Engineering, Architecture, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations, our decisions and actions significantly impact Euromonitor's services. Our clients include major multinationals, banks, consultancies, libraries, and business schools.Role: Reporting to the Platform Engineering Lead, you will collaborate with Product Engineering, Infrastructure/Operations, Cloud Engineers, Application Support, and Client Services to understand their challenges and requirements. You'll help deliver deployment strategies and develop automated tools.About You:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of deploying resources in a structured, Agile environment.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially with non-technical co-workers.
• Skilled in designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and available SaaS platforms.
• Proactive in learning and introducing new technologies.
• Able to anticipate and address platform issues effectively.
• Disciplined in focusing on important objectives and industry best practices.

Requirements:Technical Skills/Experience

• Knowledge in leading Cloud Platform (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Knowledge in CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps)

• Knowledge of Containerization concepts

• Experience in scripting in any language (preferably PowerShell, Bash, Python)

• Knowledge administering Linux or Windows Operating Systems

• Advantageous - knowledge or experience in Kubernetes

• Advantageous - latest Microsoft Azure certifications
