We have a hot, on-site opportunity for a dynamic Junior Digital Account Director to serve as the Head of Digital Client Services at a super, full-service creative agency in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs.As Head of Digital Client Services, you will provide outstanding technical, creative, and administrative support on Integrated Digital campaigns. Your role will help clients improve their web and social media presence, driving business growth through long-term relationships.Our ideal candidate is an all-rounder with a deep understanding of and solid experience in Marketing, Web, and App Development processes. You are an individual who excels at customer service and knows exactly how Digital tools can enhance company strategy and performance.We are looking for a good presenter, a strong and confident personality to do client service work and deal directly with clients, as well as have enough digital knowledge to know what you are talking about and shine in this position.The role reports into the Group Account Director and will oversee a small department.This is very much a client facing role. As part of a small team, you will be tasked with the implementation of Digital campaigns when required, or to assist the team.As the Head of Digital Client Services, you must be strong on servicing the clients, someone who is able to advise client, push back, be proactive, and take initiative.If you are a client service cool cat who has spent time in a client service role within a digital agency, we want to hear from you.   • Oversee and sign-off all Digital projects within the agency
  • Digital brand strategy and project scoping for all clients
  • Costings & proposals for new digital projects
  • Tracking and monitoring ad spend across all platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
  • Support and oversee the Digital team (the team needs to be able to lean on them for support when capacity is a problem)
  • Build strong relationships with client and team
  • Day-to-day account management and admin.
RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • 6 years of Digital Agency/Department experience
  • Retail experience - preferred
  • Experience with Customer Service and Account Management
  • Fundamental understanding of Marketing Communications disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to interpret data and provide recommendations/next steps
  • Experience in Meta, Google and YouTube ads, and TikTok
  • Must be an excellent relationship builder and collaborator
  • Able to prioritise and multitask while working in a busy team
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all times
  • Strong administration skills
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude with strong initiative
  • In-depth understanding of online Marketing tools and Social Media platforms
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to self-supervise to meet deadlines
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and oral English.
