Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaThe Engineer in Training program offers a unique opportunity for graduates with and without work experience to gain hands-on exposure and develop their skills in a supportive environment.We are looking for a graduate engineer to join our client's quality systems team at their plant in Boksburg. Experience is not required, but you must be strong in maths and open to learning and starting off on a Quality Project.If you are a Graduate with no work experience, you will start as an Engineer in Training. If you have experience, you will be considered for a Junior Engineer position.To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, chemical, or related field)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Assisting in developing, improving, and implementing quality standards with manufacturing suppliers.
- Analysing data, identifying root causes of quality issues, and proposing solutions.
- Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and managers to meet project deadlines.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
