Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of conveyor systems tailored to our clients' specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on conveyor system design and a passion for innovation.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conveyor systems, including detailed mechanical drawings, component selection, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing teams, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct calculations and simulations to validate the performance, strength, and reliability of conveyor systems.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design reports, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of conveyor systems on-site when required.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in conveyor system design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in conveyor systems or material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with belt conveyors, screw conveyors, and other types of conveyor systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
