Within the site-cast sector they specialize in tilt-up construction and heavy rigging. - Experience in the construction industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Use AutoCAD (or equivalent programs) to produce crane studies, panel stack layouts, spec sheets, and formwork designs.
- Measure drawings to price projects and estimate consumables.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors to manage costs and solve design challenges.
- Conduct site visits to record progress, challenges, and quality.
- Oversee construction of formwork and manage equipment requirements.
