My client, a giant in the manufacturing environment and part of a listed group, is seeking a young, vivacious BSc/BEng Engineer to fill a position as Junior Factory Manager (GCC) applicable to the manufacturing environment. Excellent maintenance and electrical skills. • Support Senior Factory manager in operational management and team development of the factory.
• Excellent Maintenance skills are required.
• Recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
• Asset preservation through the development, implementation, and management of effective systems.
• Develop and Implement best practices in all areas of the factory.
• Being a credible leader who develops and guides operational teams and individuals in achieving targets.
• Driving continuous improvements and waste elimination to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Product development to ensure sustained fashionable and value-for-money product ranges.

• Financial control of factory costs.
