We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee daily operations on a farm in Port Elizabeth. This position requires someone who is practical, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise, and has a strong technical mind for electrical and maintenance work. The ideal candidate will have great leadership skills to guide the farm staff, a passion for agriculture and operations, and a strong drive for success. Someon prepared to work hard, lead by example, and be willing to put in extra hours when necessary.Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on farm equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure that farm operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, manage, and motivate farm staff, providing guidance and direction when needed.
• Oversee day-to-day activities on the farm, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, using your technical skills and hands-on approach.
• Manage farm operations in a way that aligns with long-term goals, ensuring the farm runs efficiently and sustainably.
• Be prepared to put in extra hours during busy periods and work in challenging conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Valid drivers license (Code 10 would be beneficial)
• Mechanical or Electrical interest with some hands-on experience in maintenance or repairs
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Computer literate (basic knowledge of office software and farm management tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and make decisions in fast-paced environments
• A passion for agriculture and farm operations
• Willingness to work extra hours when required and drive farm success

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in agriculture or operational management
• Technical expertise or background in farm equipment maintenance
