Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Formal qualification in agriculture is beneficial.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.
- Valid drivers license required.
- First aid level training and good knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations.
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven management and leadership capabilities.
- Effective project planning and monitoring abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining organisation and discipline.

- Manage orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and overall business aspects of the farm.
- Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure productivity, sustainability, and preparedness for guest arrivals.
- Develop and implement farming practices aligned with permaculture and organic principles. Stay open-minded to innovation, testing, and evolving farming techniques.Technical
- Hands-on management of fertilisation, pest control, irrigation, livestock, and game.
- Mechanical proficiency in tractors, spray systems, and general equipment.
