Responsible for installing SmartCard and passport machines and their proprietary technology and providing engineering services necessary for the successful operation of these machines.
Provide onsite engineering support during installation of technologically advanced ePassport production machines and systems
Installation of machine components, calibration of complex machine systems and sensors, and configuring of the software and hardware, to ensure each machine is set up according to precise operational specifications and customer requirements.
Electro-mechanical repairs and servicing of machines, ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting of machine failures to diagnose faulty operation, and conducts PCB-level and component-level repairs, addressing faults on circuit boards and individual components.
End-of-line testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), utilizing appropriate testing equipment and software, and analyzes results to evaluate machine performance and compliance.
Understanding of technical drawings, to guide repairs and/or installations, and recommended technical modifications or process improvements to enhance the efficiency and performance of machines.
Local and International travel
Reporting of tasks and issues faced to Team leader
Training will be provided accordingly
Requirements:
Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering Degree or Diploma
2 years experience work experience
Fluent in English
Willingness to Travel local and international
