Job Summary Installation & Configuration: Set up equipment/systems at client locations per operational requirements. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance for equipment reliability & longevity. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues. Replace faulty components. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction & addressing concerns. Educate clients on equipment use. Communicate efficiently to resolve issues. Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, installations, & inventory. Report equipment failures, part issues, upgrades to the supervisor/team. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and complete work safely. Comply with company & regulatory standards for quality and safety. Problem-Solving: Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems efficiently with team members. Travel: Travel long distances to client locations, on short notice. Skills & Qualifications: Technical: Proficient in understanding & troubleshooting equipment/systems. Communication: Clear communication with clients/colleagues, verbally & in writing. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills. Customer Service: Professional client handling & excellent service provision. Time Management: Manage multiple tasks & prioritize work effectively. - IT, telecommunications, electrical field knowledge.
