Youll play a vital role in supporting the finance function, contributing to financial reporting, treasury activities, and ensuring operational efficiency.Your Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports, and cashflow statements.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee the monthly balance sheet, banking, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Accruals & Fixed Assets: Assist with monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.
• Treasury Support: Provide support for treasury activities, including weekly cash flow reporting.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with preparation of indirect and Corporate Income Tax returns.
• External Liaison: Liaise with tax managers, external consultants, and tax authorities.
• Year-End Support: Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Consolidated Reporting: Support the compilation of consolidated results at a group level.
• International Reporting: Assist with international reporting for global entities (e.g., US GAAP, Spanish GAAP).
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

What Youll Bring:

• Academic Background: Honours Degree in finance or accounting
• Treasury Experience: Experience with treasury support is highly desirable.
• Professional Qualifications: Completed articles are an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and experience in audit and accounts preparation.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
• Systems Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is preferable.
