Job SummaryJunior Financial Manager Finance/Admin
Somerset West - Western CapeENVIRONMENT:A dynamic Internet Solutions provider based in Somerset West is currently in search of a proficient Junior Financial Manager to augment their team. Candidates with a degree in accounting or relevant accreditation are preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience. Essential qualifications include prior experience in the property/rental industry and proficiency with MDA software.DUTIES:Group Management Accounting (various entities):
- Accounting and related processing
- Monthly TB review
- Management account preparation
- Audit preparation and management
- Year end audit journal review and processing
- Vat reconciliation review and approval
- Assist with accounting/audit queries
- Weekly payments review
- Daily, monthly cashflow schedules
- Bond Payments
- Intergroup funding/payments & cross billing
- Tenant arrears management
- Maintenance Budgets
- A Degree in Accounting or similar.
- Accreditation advantageous.
- 5 Years experience.
- Property / rental industry experience essential.
- MDA experience essential.
