Junior Full Stack Developer
Gauteng
90% Remote with 10% in office componentQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrable proficiency in application development through a self-developed skillset.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Previous experience with GIS is advantageous
- Previous experience or projects demonstrating web development skills are advantageous
- Exposure to, or experience with, TypeScript is advantageous
- Previous experience with end-to-end testing (Playwright/Cypress/Selenium) and unit testing (Django/Vitest/Jest, etc.) is advantageous
- Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly (e.g., through boot camps or hackathons) is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in both back-end and front-end programming languages
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Node.js or Python
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git
