Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in producing a variety of visual content for digital and print media. This role involves collaborating with senior designers, marketing professionals, and other team members to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with the company's brand identity. The Junior Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Design Creation:
• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets
• Create visual content for digital platforms, such as banners, ads, and illustrations, under the guidance of senior designers
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messages
• Project Support:
• Assist in the preparation of mock-ups and prototypes for presentations and client reviews
• Learning and Development:
• Continuously develop design skills and knowledge by staying updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in graphic design, either through internships, freelance work, or previous employment
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs
• Familiarity with digital and print production processes is a plus
