Our client is looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join their company.Requirements:
Matric
2 to 3 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of SAP, and Sage
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management (Non-Negotiable)
Job Duties
Monthly payroll - to provide all information required for Payroll to our appointed Finance Consultant, timeously (e.g. new hires, terminations, overtime, commission, salary advances staff loans etc.)
Regulatory submissions (including IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)
Managing electronic timekeeping system or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets, in conjunction with all departments.
Monitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Recruitment and Onboarding: liaising with recruitment agents for vacancies within the company and setting up interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Employee Relations: support in the administrative requirements relating to employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Administration: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to data analysis e.g. monitoring disciplinary action reporting
Administration and assistance of general staff queries.
