Degree or Degree equivalent (NQF 6) within HR or relevant field. 2-3 Years HR experience. Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience in working on Payroll Systems (e.g. SAGE) Planning and organizing. Coordination Capability. Stakeholder Management. Strong administrative skills. Attention to detail. Analytical thinking. Maintain and Coordinate training administration Maintain and coordinate bursary administration Ensuring all contracts and offers are drafted timeously Supporting HR team in the coordination of interviews. Concluding Reference Checks MIE Checks Supporting screening processes and conducting interviews. Coordination of Employee On boarding Documentation Coordinator of on boarding of new starters in close collaboration with the HRBP team and Line Management Drive and enable engagement initiatives through the calendar Keep up to date on employee policies and labour legislation Address first level HR enquiries as when required Assist in drafting of letters within HR such as (Increases, promotions, disciplinary, certificate of service, etc.) Coordinate HR Projects and events as required Maintenance of general employee files Maintenance of Org charts Assist in HR reporting, such as monthly reports, Headcount reports, Employment Equity etc. Craft and communicating messages and programs through internal channels Collaborate with all departments to ensure that employees stay up to date with all company news, goals, projects, events and plans. Design templates via Canva Create welcome comms for the new hires in the organization Coordination of suppliers on boarding documents Outline the business requirements an expectations for a working relationship with the suppliers Ensure supplier evaluation and approval is granted by the legal and compliance officer Administer and process all HR invoices for payment Upload quotations from suppliers on papertrail and link on Navision Create the purchase order that details the quantity and specific requirements for the approvers Ensure all items and services ordered were received, and payment is only issues for items ordered and received. xc3x82TalentCruRecruiter
