- Develop and implement automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity within the company.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions tailored to our financial services.
- Utilize coding skills to create, test, and maintain automation scripts and tools.
- Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems into existing workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports on system performance and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to code in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation tools and software development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
