Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.Role: Junior Integrated DesignerLocation: Midrand, South AfricaAbout the role:Working with our client, the Junior Integrated Designer takes digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with our clients brand guidelines. This is a great opportunity to work within a team, creating impactful communications across South Africa and developing design best practices for various brands.What you will be doing:

• Work on projects from start to finish - working collaboratively with the Senior Integrated Designer on asset creation and implementation
• Create inspiring and exciting content - from repurposing and reformatting of assets from a global toolkit
• Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and illustration
• Developing a deep understanding of the brands, categories, and audiences, and create consumer-first assets that bring the brand message to life
• Ability to manage multiple projects, with various deliverables.
• Actively collaborate with the team to create best-in-class designs that drive consumer action
• Stay current with best practices and trends

What you need to be great in this role:

• Desire to be a team player with a client centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
• The ability to talk through your work confidently with the team and clients
• Deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere. Storyboarding animation concepts
• Good typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
• An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Meta), print/ POS, and eComm
• An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
• Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
• Keen eye for detail
• Loves working in a fast-paced adaptable environment
• Ability to work under the direction of the Senior Integrated Designer and using your own initiative
• Experience in FMCG or Healthcare sectors are ideal
• 3+ years of relevant experience in:

• Digital
• Motion Graphics
• Artwork
• Print & POS
• Production
