  • The candidate will be responsible for day to day support and execution of internal and external investment manager activities.
  • The primary function will consist of investment operations duties such as the unlisted loan process and management reporting.
  • The candidate, whilst needing to be able to cope with shifting priorities, will need to ensure adherence with processes and rules.
  • The position requires someone who is organised and self-disciplined, is inclined towards numerical problem solving and has an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our internal book for unlisted loans - Encompass engagement with credit managers, agents, and back office. Included is allocations and payments as well as query resolution thereof.
  • Managing of credit manager relationship.
  • Determine efficiencies and improvements in processes.
  • Query management and resolution - Maintain a high level of turnaround times for query resolution.
  • Back up to other team members.
  • Performs all the necessary administrative tasks required as indicated above, but not limited to.
Qualification and Experience
  • Commerce degree or relevant tertiary financial qualification (NQF6 / NQF7)
  • Relevant computer skills - Medium to advance excel level
