Duties of the Junior IT Project Administrator will include but not limited to:
Support project managers by performing administrative tasks.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.
Maintain a database of contacts related to the project.
Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Assist with tracking project budgets and expenses.
Maintain a log of project risks, issues, and resolutions.
Skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
Being able to work with an already existing team
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
Education
Bachelors or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science and a minimum of 1 year experience
