This administrative position requires a fast learner who is systematic and has strong administrative and computer skills. Duties will involve assisting the manager will various tasks and assignments, including ensuring that daily and monthly tickets are updated, recorded, categorized and reported on correctly; tracking engineers; monitoring client requests and coordinating assignments; liaising with clients to schedule on site work; and generally supporting the manager and department with admin support. Applicants should live in the Upper Highway Area, ideally have their own car, have a working knowledge of advanced MS Excel and a tertiary qualification or some studied towards one would be an advantage. * What is your name?
