Learn more at www.circana.com.What will you be doing?The Item Coding Junior Analyst is responsible for the item coding of CPG according to Circana standards, carrying out data checks, audits and changes while ensuring that feedback and progress on work is communicated to the team leader, Data Release and other stakeholders within the company in an effective and efficient manner.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains Fusion Item coding and audits the data ensuring data integrity and qualityq Involved in coding of new CPG items which includes the allocation of item descriptions, brand, manufacturer and item attributes as per the Circana Standardq Adheres to coding standards and hierarchiesq Follows all Checking and QA processesq Audits assigned categories and corrects errors as requiredq Ensures that Fusion changes are handled correctly and timeouslyGeneralq Successfully completes Item Coding/Operations training modules within 6 monthsq Attends further training as and when requiredq Adheres to all relevant policies and proceduresq Any other tasks that are reasonable and relevantMeasures of Successq Attention to detailq Completing assigned tasks well and timeouslyq Quality of data and data integrityRequirementsq Degree or Associates degreeq Written communication skillsq Analytical skillsq Time management Skillsq 1+ years FMCG experienceq (Required) Basic knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookCircana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
