Job Description
A Position has become available with one of our clients, based in Johannesburg for a Banking and Finance Junior Legal Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of agreements and corporate documents
- Researching and advising on all aspects of South African financial services legislation and contract law (as it applies to finance transactions)
- Attending independently to matters
- Participating actively in the team's business development initiatives.
- LLB or equivalent
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court
- 1-2 Years post qualification experience
- Experience in Banking and Finance
- Ability to draft agreements
Salary: Market Related
