As a member of the Robin AI team, the Legal Analyst (Implementation) will be essential to the supporting of software customer deliverables. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Implementation team with the processing of legal documents and data at a high volume, ensuring the strongest quality of output under time-sensitive conditions. With a primary focus on the handling, capture and evaluation of legal data, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of materials that will be delivered and bring every project to a successful conclusion, ensuring customer delight across all of our implementations.

What will you do as a Junior Legal Analyst?

This role is part of our

Implementation Team with the aim to expand the scope into Legal Engineering and Legal in the future.

The Robin AI Implementation Team is responsible for setting up all software customers on the Robin platform, training new users and ensuring their initial experiences with the product run as smoothly as possible. Our mission is to enable customers to fully leverage our product and achieve maximum value against their desired outcomes, with a focus on keeping time to value at a minimum.


The Junior Legal Analyst- Implementation will be essential to the supporting our software customer deliverables. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Implementation team with the processing of legal documents and data at a high volume, ensuring the strongest quality of output under time-sensitive conditions. With a primary focus on the handling, capture and evaluation of legal data, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of materials that will be delivered and bring every project to a successful conclusion, ensuring customer delight across all of our implementations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:



Serve as the primary support for tasks assigned by the Implementation Team Annotation of legal documents and capture of data according to internal protocols on a time-sensitive basis Meticulous review of materials before release for the purpose of quality assurance Mark-up and transcription of legal documents on a time-sensitive basis Re-formatting and re-processing of documents to ensure the highest quality of customer-facing output Evaluation and analysis of legal data Transformation of unstructured data into a specified format for customer deliverables Report to the Implementation Team on task progress and pro-actively identify and communicate any issues within customer data or blockers Receive and implement feedback from the Implementation Team and collaborate with team members always to ensure consistency of approach and transfer of knowledge To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in law (or law conversion) with a understanding of legal contracts and concepts Very strong attention to detail Proficiency in working with complex documents at scale and under time-sensitive conditions Ability to work meticulously, independently, and manage time effectively Enthusiasm for working with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a continuous commitment to learning about these in the context of contract automation and beyond
