Junior Logistics Coordinator - BellvilleFull job descriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Management and maintenance of Stoweb VehiclesMaintenance of Stoweb facilities and equipmentResponsible for the co-ordinating and timeous completion of all branch transport requirements (customerdeliveries, consultants on call service, inter branch transfers, dump runs, trolley repairs)Ensure Head Office basket runs are completed and POS items are delivered each Monday, Wednesday and FridayFacilitate direct container deliveries to storesCollection of stock from the airport and delivery to respective branchesEnsure the safe transportation of staff to and from Head Office as requiredResponsible for the co-ordinating and timeous completion of all Head Office transport requirements (weekly collection of post and monthly Head Office purchasesComplete transfers dailyPlan daily routes and ensure that all deliveries are completed on time as per the delivery scheduleComplete monthly petrol reconciliationAcknowledge receipt of each online orderEnsure the timely delivery of all online ordersEnsure photos are uploaded to TeamsEnsure the daily maintenance of stockEnsure the daily picking of orders and clearance with securityResponsible for the daily management of write offs and clearance with securityProcess write offs dailyMaintain the stock integrity of StowebResponsible for the recruitment and management of Stoweb staff membersResponsible for all payroll requirements for the Stoweb teamResponsible for the training and development of staff as well as the completion of KPAsCRITERIA NEEDED:Minimum of 3 years experience at management / level equivalent in exposure &/or responsibilityLogistics background advantageousExcellent planning and organising skillsPassion for customer serviceAbility to communicate effectivelyOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
