MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous At least 3 previous year's farming experience Previous Macadamia farm experience essential Experience with sugar cane farming advantageous Computer literate Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Maintenance/Mechanically orientated Ability to speak Zulu essential Valid driver's license
