Home Concept is seeking a

Junior Manager

to join our team in

KZN

. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision: Effectively lead and manage a team. Stock Management: Assist with weekly and monthly stock counts to ensure accuracy. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales performance and achieve company targets. Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support - knowledge of board cutting machinery is advantageous. Operational Support: Ensure smooth execution of current operations at our KZN-based HUB. Support the relevant Retail business models. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required. General Assistance: Willingness to assist with tasks beyond the standard job scope.
Requirements:

Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.

Previous experience in retail with a strong practical skillset is essential.

Proficient in computer systems and administrative tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisory experience with the ability to manage staff effectively.

Willingness to work retail hours and adapt to business needs.

Hungry to succeed and motivated to grow within the company.

Goal and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
