Training for our tactical support unit, members includes instruction in criminal law, tactical training, fire prevention, first aid, and physical fitness.

TSU tactical support unit members are carefully recruited, selected, and trained in a variety of safety and security techniques, including counter-surveillance. They are in constant contact with our 24-hour communication center for security alerts and the deployment of additional support. The requirements, not limited to, include:



Supervisory role Experience and knowledge in operational environment Ensure open channels of communication between officers and management Pro-Active: manages the officers on duty in terms of day-to-day operations Ensure adherence to processes for shift handovers, etc. Interpersonal skills Time - management skills

Minimum requirements:



1. PSIRA minimum Grade C

2. Minimum Grade 12

3. Firearm competencies - Handgun, Shotgun and Carbine: Police competency and Business purposes

4. Driver's licence - Code 8


5. Employed with TSU Group Holdings for at least 2 years

6. Clean Disciplinary record for 6 months


7. No Criminal Record


8. Tac 1 / Tactical Survival (Grey Jumpsuit)

9. CPO Course will be advantageous
