Job Description


Requirements

  • 3 years related experience in retail sales with proven track record including supervisory experience (Building Material & Paint)
  • Extensive knowledge of inventory control
  • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS systems
Key Performances
  • Ability to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the company's products and consumers to develop narratives that translate those concepts to broad consumer audiences and customer experiences.
  • Delivering messaging, communications, and programs that inform, influence, and inspire customers.
  • Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the companyxe2x80x99s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives to ensure customer growth (value and number).
  • Engage on customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Supervises stock control and pricing policies
  • Assist the manager in maximizing profitability to meet sales goals and targets
  • Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures and processes
  • Arranges promotional displays and materials
  • Ability to supervise a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders.
