If youre looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role where youll have the opportunity to work both independently and within a small, close-knit team then this may be the role for you.What your role looks likeReporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will be responsible for helping create a marketing plan for each of our brands with a focus on brand growth.You will need to understand the expectations, positioning and market potential of each brand, with a clear understanding of priorities, focus areas and retailer positioning; keeping up to date with new products and timings, to maximise opportunities and brand growth by being in the right places (platforms, channels), at the right time and within budget.Who youll be working withInternally, you will be collaborating with our Buying and Sales teams, to decide on focus areas, prioritise, key retail partners and understand brand expectations.Externally, you will be interacting with key retail partners, international brands and service providers.Who you areYou are a capable, motivated and hard-working individual with the ability to apply the company strategy to the expectations of individual brands and retailers. You are able to work independently as well as create and maintain collaborative working relationships across multiple teams and role players. You can multitask and track details with a clear focus on priorities. You are excited to work in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment, confident to pave the way ahead and make decisions without needing hand holding. You have a love for product and B2B marketing and want to see all our brands reach their full potential, under your watchful eye.
