You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing HVAC systems for commercial properties globally. This includes overseeing the installation, repair, and replacement of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing energy-efficient practices. Additionally, you will provide technical support to property management teams, contribute to budget planning, and collaborate on construction projects. Your role also involves managing vendor relationships to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma/BTech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC sector within the real estate industry.
- Having a Red Seal Refrigeration trade test would be advantageous.
