Position: Junior Developer - MicrosoftLocation: South Africa; Cape Town (remote)Job type: Full-timeCompany: Nano IS Western Cape (Pty) Ltd (rendering services to Nano Fibre UK)Amount the role:We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on application development, web development, SharePoint integration, and database management. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft tools and technologies.Key responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Pages, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Assist in the design and architecture of new applications and solutions.
• Perform debugging and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications.
• Maintain and update existing applications based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Document development processes, code changes, and project status.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.

• Higher certificate in Software Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Pages) and SharePoint.
• Experience with database management (Microsoft Dataverse, QCL, NoSQL) and integration.
• Basic understanding of programming languages, including C#, PHP, Java, and/or Python.

• Experience with additional Microsoft tools and services (e.g., Azure, Office 365).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
