The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user experience design principles, an eye for engaging user interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and marketing teams. • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive and accessible interfaces.
• Contribute to design systems and UI components to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback to refine designs.
• Analyse data from tools like Hotjar and Mixpanel to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing user personas, journey maps, and UX artifacts to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align branding and UX across digital touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or B2B applications.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping).
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles.
• Experience with usability testing tools and data-driven design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
