Job Description
Our client is seeking a junior PABX Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and managingPBX systems, IP Phones, Access Points and networks across a variety of brands. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and provide exceptional service to clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PBX systems -
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PBX hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on PBX system operations and maintenance.
- Ensure all installations and services meet the quality standards of the company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth integration of PBX systems with other technologies such as VOIP
- Manage and maintain documentation related to PBX system configurations, installations, and service histories.

- Knowledge in installing and servicing PBX Systems
- Basic understanding of: VOIP
- Must be able to independently manage oneself
- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel as needed for client and site visits.
