See below requirements:

Matric
National Diploma or Higher for Payroll Administration (or busy completing)
Minimum of 3 years working experience with medium - large payroll (300+ employees)
Must have solid working knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll
Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation)
Knowledge of Statutory returns (EMP201, EMP501 & Tax Directives) preparation and submission advantage
Working knowledge of SARS E-filing and SARS Easy File
Working knowledge of Liberty Provident Fund Recon and Submission or similar provident funds advantage
Working Knowledge of NBCRFLI
Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual
Self-motivated, team worker and a self-starter
High accuracy levels and methodical
Strong admin skills / Attention to detail / Ability to organize
Analytical thinker
Inspire confidence with shared services team members and colleagues
Fast thinker with problem solving capabilities
Must be able to show initiative
Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurized environment
