Grade 12 and relevant business-related tertiary qualification (essential)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll/Finance/Accounting (preferred)
Demonstrable experience in running payroll independently (advantageous)
Advanced Excel skills is a must
Must have an understanding of the confidential nature of payroll and the sensitivity of issues
Candidate to run the payroll in compliance with statutory and contractual obligations and to record and remit all 3rd party payments timeously and accurately
Partner with HR & Finance in aligning a sophisticated and streamlined payroll work environment
Emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills
Skilled communicator with strong verbal and written abilities
