RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Product Developer to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Benoni.As a Junior Product Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in the field and contribute to the development of new and exciting food products.Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing new food products from concept to commercialization
- Conduct sensory evaluations and taste tests to ensure product quality
- Research and stay updated with the latest food trends and consumer preferences
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing
- Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications and formulations
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
