Our client in the Fintech Space has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to join their lending team. Essential to have experience in lending products (loans/credit cards/ overdrafts). In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Lending in the development, management and optimisation of lending products and services.Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 3 years of experience in product management, fintech and or banking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.

• Support the Head of Lending Propositions in the development and execution of product strategies for lending products.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business objectives and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product development initiatives.
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless user experience and product reliability.
• Analyse data related to lending products, such as customer behaviour, usage metrics, and performance indicators, to inform decision-making.
• Provide support to customers using lending products, including answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to lending products.
