Job Description
Brits Area - North West: Our client is looking for a Junior Production Manager to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree/diploma in Production/Agricultural qualification advantageous
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Previous vegetable farming experience
- Previous irrigation experience advantageous
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Valid drivers license
