Are you a young, motivated engineering professional looking to gain valuable project experience in the fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment? Were on the lookout for a Junior Project Engineer to support exciting projects in 2025! This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and build a solid foundation in project engineering.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer in executing various technical projects
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company standards
• Assist in developing project scope documents and managing request for quote processes
• Review engineering design drawings and participate in design reviews and HAZOP studies
• Assist with factory and performance acceptance testing
• Manage and track equipment delivery to site
• Support on-site construction activities and help resolve technical design issues
• Assist during commissioning and start-up phases
• Participate in change management processes and technical documentation updates
• Contribute to the development of maintenance requirements for handover to operations
• Handle administrative tasks as required
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or BTech in the same disciplines
• 1-2 years experience in an engineering or project environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety rules and regulations
• Experience working in an FMCG or industrial environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of project management principles (qualification beneficial)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Excellent presentation, report writing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage across all levels
