Job Overview
We are looking for a
Junior Project Manager
to support the planning, coordination, and execution ofXR education projects, strategic partnerships, and training program development
. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with company goals.Key Responsibilities
Assist in
planning, scheduling, and executing
XR training and simulation projects. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensuretimely delivery
. Work with internal teams (developers, designers, and instructional specialists) to ensuresmooth project execution
. Maintain project documentation and coordinate withfunding partners and stakeholders
. Report project updates to the CEO and escalate issues as needed. Supportbusiness development and proposal submissions
for new projects.Requirements
1-3 years
of experience in project management, business development, or a related field. Familiarity withAgile methodologies, Jira, and project tracking tools
is a plus. Strongcommunication, problem-solving, and multitasking
skills. Ability to work in afast-paced, tech-driven
environment. Interest inimmersive technology (VR/AR/XR) and education
is a bonus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10500,00 per month
Experience:
Project management: 2 years (Preferred) Jira/Asana/Trello: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
