Job Overview:

We are seeking a

highly organized and sales-driven Junior Project Manager

Cape Town

. This role involves overseeing multiple projects within the

electronic household goods sector

while actively contributing to sales growth and business development. The ideal candidate will possess

, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Sales Management

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align project objectives with business growth strategies. Support lead generation efforts by coordinating sales campaigns and tracking key performance metrics.

Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination

Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and data-driven insights. Coordinate with suppliers, business partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Operational Support & Risk Management

Manage project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and task tracking. Assist with budget management and resource allocation across multiple projects. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for effective mitigation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of project management experience

, preferably within a sales-driven environment. Strong understanding of

sales processes

(direct sales experience would be advantageous). Excellent

organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to work

both independently and collaboratively

within a team. Must be

based in Cape Town

. Must have a

valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

(additional technical skills will be considered a plus).

Salary:
