Junior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
The Junior Quantity Surveyor, under the supervision of the senior QS's, is responsible for monitoring financial and commercial aspects of contracts and detecting variances in costing with a view to maximizing profit within the contract condition parameters. The incumbent safeguards the company's position relative to contractual rights, supports other specialists in the department and monitors sub-contractor productivity.
