As the Group Recruitment Manager's right hand, the ideal candidate will be result-driven, outgoing, and confident, with exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is essential as we are a hospitality recruitment agency and work closely with clients in the hospitality sector.DescriptionThe Junior Recruiter/Recruitment Support will provide essential support to the Group Recruitment Manager by posting jobs, processing shortlisted candidates, and ensuring that job vacancies remain up to date. The role involves creating portfolios for candidates, formatting CVs, handling references, and assisting with follow-ups with clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in loading new clients and maintaining client relationships.This position will see the support responsibilities accounting for 50% of the workload, with the other 50% focused on candidate screening and processing. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and eager to drive results.Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job vacancies on multiple job boards and optimize SEO for the website
  • Process shortlisted candidates, including formatting CVs and creating portfolios
  • Assist with follow-ups to clients and ensure vacancies are up to date
  • Load new clients into the system and build strong client relationships
  • Conduct references for candidates when required
  • Screen and process shortlisted candidates to ensure the best fit for clients
  • Work closely with the Group Recruitment Manager on various recruitment tasks
Minimum RequirementsRequirements:
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is essential
  • Background in administration or HR preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and well-spoken with excellent communication skills
  • Result-driven and highly motivated, with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection, own working PC, and cellphone
  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Ballito, Kwazulu Natal
  • Start date: End of February/Mid March (can be sooner)
